The Department of Anesthesia Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies – Al-Mustaqbal University organized an internal competition in preparation for participation in the Future Sustainability Camp, held on October 4–5, 2025. The event was attended by the Dean of the College, Assist. Prof. Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qayem, the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, and the Head of the Anesthesia Department, Dr. Ahmed Khudair Al-Humaeri.
The competition aimed to enhance students’ skills and refine their practical experience through hands-on training with modern equipment and simulations of real-life medical scenarios. These activities foster teamwork, scientific collaboration, and equip participants with the readiness to engage effectively in the camp’s activities.
The college’s administration praised the students’ interaction and the high level of organization, stressing that such initiatives represent an important step in linking theoretical knowledge with practical application, while instilling the values of sustainability and innovation in the field of health sciences and medical technologies Contributing to the support of the third Sustainable Development Goal: ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages.
