Speech by the Head of the Engineers Syndicate – Mr. Zaman Ali:
Mr. Zaman Ali, Head of the Engineers Syndicate, delivered a speech during the ceremony in which he expressed his admiration for the remarkable level demonstrated by the students of the College of Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University.
He praised the high quality of the graduation projects and the creativity displayed by the students, affirming the Syndicate’s commitment to supporting young engineering talents and strengthening collaboration with academic institutions to ensure a smooth transition of graduates into the workforce.
Mr. Zaman stressed that Iraq’s progress begins with empowering competent engineers and enabling them to take their rightful place in building the country.
He also called for stronger partnerships between universities and professional unions to advance the engineering sector and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, especially in areas of industry, education, and decent work.
