The College of Arts and Humanities at Al Mustaqbal University was established in April 2023 under the ministerial order issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. (5139) dated 4/16/2023. The college includes three scientific departments as follows:
1- Department of English Language and Literature: The department accepts graduates of preparatory studies for the branches (scientific, literary, biological, and applied), as well as graduates of the Teacher Training Institute (Department of English Language). The acceptance rate is 50%, the duration of study is four years, and the language of study is (English language).
2- Media Department: The department accepts graduates of preparatory school for the branches (scientific, literary, biological, and applied) and also allows media professionals to apply if they have 10 actual years of service in the media and hold a preparatory certificate from vocational schools (industry, commerce, agriculture, or Institutes of Teachers and Fine Arts) The acceptance rate is 50%, the duration of study is four years, and the language of study is (Arabic).
3- Department of Archeology: The department accepts graduates of preparatory studies for the branches (scientific, literary, biological, and applied), vocational preparatory, and the Shiite Endowment Office. The acceptance rate is 50%, the duration of study is four years, and the language of study is (Arabic).

The Faculty of Arts and Humanities seeks to provide an educational environment with regional and global academic standards, to meet the requirements of the labor market and enhance students' skills through practical training.

The college's mission lies in establishing a clear educational policy based on effective quality standards that align with traditions in a modern manner to keep pace with the rapid regional and international developments, it aims to achieve international academic rankings by fostering a competitive spirit, creating suitable job opportunities for its graduates, serving the country and society, and fulfilling educational goals.

The college goals are to achieve achievements and contributions to the development of the college and then raise the reputation of the Al-Mustaqbal university , and the goals of the college can be summarized as follows: -

Developing specialized study programs that align with modern advancements in arts and humanities is crucial. Furthermore, integrating technology into educational and research processes and offering training programs to enhance students' skills in technology usage and scientific research are essential for promoting academic and technological excellence.
