Under the patronage of the President of Jamiat Al-Mustaqbal (University of the Future), Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Mijidi, and under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Mudhar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision at the University, and with the attendance of the Representative of the Technical Engineering College, Jamiat Al-Mustaqbal (University of the Future) participated in the international scientific symposium entitled: “Water Management under Climate Change: Engineering and Agricultural Solutions for a Sustainable Water Future.” The symposium was organized by the Sustainable Development Division in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at Jamiat Al-Mustaqbal (University of the Future), within the framework of the joint cooperation agreement between Jamiat Al-Mustaqbal (University of the Future) and Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The symposium was held on Monday, 29/12/2025, via the Google Meet platform, and witnessed the participation of a distinguished group of academics and specialists. The lectures were delivered by: Prof. Dr. Mohamed Maher Abdel Aal / Faculty of Agriculture – Mansoura University Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Jar Al-Elm / Faculty of Engineering – Mansoura University The symposium addressed key topics related to water resource management, the impact of climate change on water security, and the presentation of sustainable engineering and agricultural solutions, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly: Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals The event also included open scientific discussions and the exchange of information, ideas, and proposals among speakers and participants, contributing to the enhancement of scientific awareness and the sharing of academic expertise. At the conclusion of the symposium, the organizers expressed their sincere appreciation to the President of the University for his generous patronage, and extended their thanks to the distinguished speakers and all attendees for their active participation, emphasizing the importance of continuing such scientific activities in support of sustainable development pathways and community service.
