A Student from the Technical Engineering College Achieves Fourth Place Nationwide in the Creativity and Excellence Award
Student Mohammed Abbas Jabbar Fadhil from the Technical Engineering College – Department of Power Mechanical Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University achieved a distinguished scientific accomplishment by securing fourth place at the national level in Iraq in the Creativity and Excellence Award for the academic year 2024–2025, held under the supervision of the Committee of Deans of Engineering Technologies Specializations.
This participation took place within a scientific competition that included 12 Iraqi universities and colleges, with the involvement of 36 students from various higher education institutions. The competition aims to support young talents and encourage students toward creativity and academic excellence, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), which focuses on ensuring inclusive and equitable education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.
The Creativity and Excellence Award is considered one of the important scientific awards that focuses on evaluating the scientific and innovative performance of engineering technology students, while highlighting projects and capabilities that contribute to the development of technical and engineering education in Iraq.
In support of outstanding students, the Dean of the Technical Engineering College, Assistant Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, honored the student Mohammed Abbas Jabbar Fadhil in recognition of his scientific efforts and distinguished achievement, affirming the college’s continuous commitment to supporting and nurturing creative and outstanding students and motivating them to achieve further successes.
