In its recent reports on the Future of Jobs, the World Economic Forum has emphasized a set of core skills expected to form the cornerstone of individual and institutional success through 2030. These skills combine advanced technical capabilities—such as artificial intelligence and data analysis—with human and cognitive skills, including analytical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and continuous learning, in alignment with the requirements of the knowledge economy and sustainable development. Based on the pivotal role of educational institutions in preparing students for future demands, this article aims to review the most important skills highlighted by the World Economic Forum and to shed light on their significance in enhancing graduates’ readiness for the evolving labor market.
