As part of the activities of the Women Empowerment Unit, a student seminar entitled “The Role of Women in Building a Balanced Society” was held, presented by Assistant Lecturer Abrar Falah Naji. The seminar highlighted the importance of women’s roles in various fields of life, particularly in education, work, and community participation, emphasizing that empowering women contributes to achieving sustainable development and building a society based on justice and equal opportunities. It also shed light on the challenges women face and ways to enhance their active presence in leadership and decision-making positions. The seminar witnessed significant interaction from students through questions and discussions, focusing on the importance of promoting a culture of respecting women’s roles and supporting their academic and professional ambitions.
