Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, the Women’s Affairs Division at the College of Agricultural Technologies, supervised by Ms. Mari Omran, organized an educational awareness workshop titled: “Winter Pharmacy” The workshop was presented by Samaher Saad, Sarour Hafez Mohammed, and Rasha Fajr Kazar, and attended by a number of faculty members and students of the college. The workshop aimed to strengthen the pillar of protection and prevention against seasonal illnesses and to promote health awareness during the winter season, emphasizing the importance of proper preventive practices. The workshop concluded with the recommendation to adhere to health guidelines and promote a preventive culture within the university community, contributing to reducing the spread of seasonal diseases. It is noteworthy that the Women’s Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research emphasizes the importance of implementing the National Strategic Plan for Iraqi Women, particularly the third pillar: protecting women and addressing the violence they face, as outlined in the approved directive dated 15/2/2025.
