Water also regulates body temperature through sweating, maintaining a stable internal environment necessary for proper body function.
Water helps maintain fluid balance inside and outside cells and is essential for the proper functioning of the circulatory, digestive, and nervous systems. It also facilitates digestion, nutrient absorption, maintains joint lubrication, and protects vital organs such as the brain and spinal cord.
Water deficiency leads to dehydration, which can cause symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, poor concentration, and low blood pressure. In severe cases, dehydration can lead to organ failure. Therefore, adequate daily water intake is necessary to maintain physiological balance and ensure proper body function.
