The College of Law at Al-Mustaqbal University held a scientific seminar titled: "National Entrepreneurship Day: Towards an Environment Supporting Startups," presented by Dr. Mohammad Qasim Hantoush, as part of the college’s academic activities aimed at promoting a culture of innovation and encouraging entrepreneurial initiatives among students, on Saturday, 7/3/2026 in the college halls. The seminar discussed the importance of entrepreneurship and its role in supporting the national economy and enhancing innovation, as well as the role of academic institutions in instilling an entrepreneurial mindset in youth and enabling them to transform their creative ideas into practical projects that serve society. The seminar also addressed the main challenges facing entrepreneurs, including limited funding and the need to develop entrepreneurial skills, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between universities and various institutions to provide a nurturing environment for startups and support innovative ideas. At the conclusion of the seminar, the emphasis was placed on the need to support youth initiatives and expand training and awareness programs that help develop students’ entrepreneurial capacities, in line with sustainable development goals and reinforcing the university’s role in serving society.
