The College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University has been continuing, since yesterday (March 30, 2026), its intensive preparations for the “Sustainable Green Art” exhibition, under the supervision of lecturer Mohammed Yarub, with the participation of first-year students from the Departments of Art Education and Design. This initiative comes as part of efforts to promote environmental awareness and sustainability concepts within the field of art. The preparations include developing a range of artistic works that reflect students’ awareness of environmental preservation by utilizing recycled materials and creative ideas that address contemporary environmental challenges. Supervisors are also guiding students to produce meaningful artworks that convey awareness messages and contribute to spreading a culture of sustainability within the university and the wider community. This exhibition is part of a series of activities organized by the college to enhance students’ skills and foster their creativity, while linking art to societal and environmental issues, in alignment with Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to achieving sustainable development goals.
