The College of Law at Al-Mustaqbal University prepared to participate in the activities of the Fourth International Al-Mustaqbal Week for Sustainability, which will be held from April 12 to 15, through a set of scientific and organizational preparations aimed at ensuring an effective participation that reflects the college’s academic and community role in supporting sustainability concepts. These preparations come under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini, Dean of the College, who directed the provision of all logistical and scientific requirements, particularly those related to the preparation of the Second International Law Conference, which will be held at the Central Conference Hall at the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University, with the participation of (124) researchers from Iraq and abroad, in addition to completing the preparation of the sub-halls designated for holding discussion sessions of the submitted research papers, ensuring smooth proceedings and the highest levels of organization and success in achieving the scientific objectives of the conference. In this context, the Head of Student Activities at the College of Law, Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Yassin , together with the Sustainability Team at the college and the relevant teams, held an organizational meeting during which mechanisms for implementing the activities and distributing tasks were discussed, ensuring the highest levels of organization and success during the participation in the week. The preparations also include the preparation of awareness and educational brochures, in addition to activating the role of the Legal Clinic, which will be present at the College of Law booth in the Central Student Activities Hall, to provide legal consultations and promote legal awareness within the community. The college affirms through this participation its commitment to supporting scientific and community initiatives and enhancing legal awareness, contributing to building a more sustainable future.
