The sub-sessions of the Second Legal Conference, which was held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University, as part of the Fourth Al-Mustaqbal International Sustainability Week, witnessed the discussion of research papers submitted by participants. This took place in an academic atmosphere aimed at deepening scholarly dialogue and exchanging legal perspectives, under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini, and in the halls of the College of Law – the Humanities Building.
The discussions included the presentation of a number of research papers across various branches of law, where specialized scientific committees reviewed and discussed them with the researchers, opening the floor for dialogue on the most prominent legal issues and proposed solutions, contributing to the development of research quality and the enhancement of scientific inquiry.
The sessions were also marked by wide academic interaction from the participants, who emphasized the importance of such discussions in advancing scholarly output and enriching the final recommendations of the conference, in line with contemporary legal developments.
The sub-sessions concluded with a set of observations and preliminary recommendations that will be submitted to the closing session of the conference, reflecting the high academic level and precise organization of the Second Legal Conference at Al-Mustaqbal University.
