Fourth-Year Law Students Perform Graduation Ceremony at the Holy Shrines of Imam Hussain and Al-Abbas

Under the Patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University,<br />Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi,<br />and Under the Supervision of the Dean of the College of Law,<br />Prof. Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini<br /><br />On Thursday, February 27, 2025, the fourth-year students of the College of Law had the honor of visiting the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) and his brother, Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), where they recited the Graduation Oath between the two shrines.<br /><br />The Graduation Oath is not merely an academic event but a religious and national occasion that unites knowledge and faith. It serves as a commitment by the graduating students to serve society and the nation, drawing inspiration from the values of sacrifice and devotion embodied by Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) and Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).<br /><br />The ceremony took place in the presence of the students' families, and the attendees performed prayers and supplications for Iraq’s peace and security. The accompanying faculty members conveyed the greetings of the University President and the Dean of the College of Law to the representatives of the Holy Shrine, in alignment with the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):<br /><br />Goal 4: Quality Education<br />Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions<br />Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals<br />The students were accompanied by:<br /><br />Asst.
