With the blessing and guidance of Almighty God, the faculty member at the College of Law – Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Naseef Jasim Mohammed, has published his new book titled "Brief Lectures on the Explanation of the Provisions of the Commercial Companies Law and Its Amendments No. (21) of 1997." This release coincides with the beginning of the 2024-2025 academic year.<br /><br />The book comprises 27 concise and focused lectures, making it easier for readers to comprehend. It spans 148 pages and explores the historical development of commercial companies in Iraq, covering both partnerships and corporations, their general and specific substantive elements, as well as their formal requirements, establishment procedures, and management mechanisms. Additionally, it discusses the dissolution of companies, whether through liquidation, merger, or transformation into another type of company. The book also includes a brief explanation of the Public Companies Law No. (22) of 1997, as amended.<br /><br />This publication was issued by Rawafed Publishing, Printing, and Distribution House in Beirut, Lebanon, in collaboration with Al-Riyahin House in Babil Province.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University, the top university in Iraq.
