In this context, public-private partnerships (PPPs) emerge as an effective mechanism to enhance job opportunities and achieve sustainable development by leveraging the capabilities of both sectors.<br /><br />The success of this partnership relies on a clear legal framework and attractive incentives, contributing to achieving developmental goals and enhancing the sustainability of economic and social markets. For the private sector to remain competitive, it must integrate with public sector partners. Indeed, public-private partnerships have become essential in today's era of economic speculation and rapid technological advancement.<br /><br />The private sector is characterized by its ability to manage risks and handle contracts, especially in competitive industries such as telecommunications. Therefore, public-private partnerships are crucial from an economic perspective, necessitating a balanced approach to defining obligations, incentives, and risks.
