The College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a workshop entitled "Animation and Its Development Over Time" on Saturday, April 26, 2025.<br />The workshop was delivered by the esteemed Dr. Anas Al-Mousawi, who discussed the history of animation, identifying the first artist to express ideas through drawings, and tracing the development of animation up to the present day.<br />Dr. Al-Mousawi also highlighted how to become a professional in this field and utilize animation skills to succeed in the job market by translating creative ideas into animated artworks.<br /><br />The event was attended by the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Huda Hashem Al-Rubaie, the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Atiya Al-Saadi, along with a group of faculty members from the Departments of Fine Arts and Interior Design, and a number of students.<br /><br />This workshop aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) by enhancing students' artistic and digital skills, and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by fostering employment opportunities in creative and digital arts sectors.<br />Al-Mustaqbal University the first university of Iraq .
