Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the esteemed Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini, the College of Law organized an awareness seminar on the occasion of the International Day of Peace, entitled: "Tolerance and Building Community Peace", held on Sunday, 21/9/2025, at the College Hall – Humanitarian Building.<br /><br />The seminar was delivered by Dr. Qasim Muhammad Hantoush, who addressed various topics concerning the importance of tolerance in society and building peace among individuals and communities, emphasizing that promoting a culture of tolerance contributes to creating a safe and stable environment and achieving social coexistence and harmony.<br /><br />This seminar comes within the efforts of the College of Law to support the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), by raising awareness and fostering a culture of dialogue and mutual respect to ensure a cohesive society and a better future.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University – The leading private university in Iraq
