Al-Mustaqbal University continues to affirm its leading position in higher education, achieving for the third consecutive year a new academic milestone in the Times Higher Education – Arab University Rankings 2026. The university ranked third in Iraq among 58 Iraqi universities included in the ranking and entered the 100–125 category Arab-wide among 268 universities from 18 Arab countries — placing it among the top four Iraqi universities in this tier.
