Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini, the College of Law organized a seminar titled: “The Social Motivations of Crime” on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in the college hall – Humanities Building. The seminar was delivered by student Anfal Adel Al-Husseini, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Roua Khalid Sakran, who discussed the social factors influencing criminal behavior and highlighted key community and educational prevention mechanisms. The discussion also addressed the role of legal and societal institutions in combating crime and promoting positive values within the community. At the conclusion of the seminar, the presenter emphasized the importance of implementing continuous awareness programs to strengthen social security and consolidate societal peace.
