As part of ongoing efforts to monitor the progress of work in the college, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Maytham Abdul Khadir Jabbar, conducted an inspection tour of the Registration Division. During the tour, he met with the Scientific Assistant to the President of the University, Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, who was present to review the procedures and mechanism for receiving new students. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance the smoothness of the registration process and remove obstacles for students, in addition to discussing plans to develop the services provided and improve the level of administrative performance. Both sides emphasized the importance of creating an integrated work environment that ensures the accuracy of data and the speed of completion of transactions, stressing that the current stage requires the highest levels of coordination between the college and the university presidency to ensure the success of the registration process for the new academic year. This visit confirms the university's commitment to field follow-up and strengthening communication between academic leaders, which contributes to providing the best services to students and enabling staff to perform their duties with high efficiency.
