Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University and under the supervision of the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Al-Mustaqbal University organized a training course titled: “Mechanisms of Work in Examination Committees – Organizational, Technical, and Legal Aspects” on Tuesday, 9/12/2025, at the Activities Hall – Third Floor – Engineering Building. The course included participation by the Scientific Assistant of the College of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdul Rahim Al-Maslmawi, who provided a detailed explanation of the legal aspects of examination committee work, reviewing the key provisions outlined in the Examination Committees Guide, particularly the regulations regarding exam question leaks and the corresponding criminal and disciplinary responsibilities under Iraqi law. Dr. Al-Maslmawi also clarified the legal framework governing the confidentiality of exam questions and procedures for handling violations, in addition to outlining the responsibilities of committee members to comply with ministerial instructions and ensure integrity and transparency in the examination process.
