The “Colors of Birth” Symposium, organized by the College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University as part of the Color Festival celebrating the New Year, witnessed active participation from several primary schools, aiming to strengthen artistic and educational interaction between the university and educational institutions.
The participation of primary schools reflected the university’s commitment to supporting artistic talents at early educational stages. Among the participating schools was Al-Fatimiya Primary School for Girls, along with other primary schools whose pupils’ artworks added a distinctive creative touch to the festival’s activities.
The artistic contributions of the primary school pupils varied between drawings and simple handicrafts, showcasing children’s imagination and ability to express themselves artistically, and received wide appreciation from attendees, academics, and participating artists.
Organizers of the symposium emphasized that involving primary schools in such artistic events contributes to discovering and nurturing talents from an early age, promotes a culture of art and creativity among children, and reinforces Al-Mustaqbal University’s role as a supportive institution for educational and artistic activities within the community.
