Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Center for Continuing Education at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a training course entitled “Mechanism of Work in Examination Committees”, held on Monday, 22/12/2025, in the Activities Hall – Ground Floor – Medical Building. The course was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs of the College of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdul Rahim Al-Musallamawi, who participated in the session dedicated to issuing administrative orders and legal aspects. She provided a detailed explanation of the procedures for issuing administrative orders related to the work of examination committees, reviewing the most important provisions contained in the Student Affairs Procedures Guide, the Examinations Administration Guide, and Examination Instructions No. (134) of 2000, with particular emphasis on provisions related to the leakage of examination questions and the resulting criminal and disciplinary liabilities under Iraqi law. Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdul Rahim Al-Musallamawi also clarified the legal framework governing the confidentiality of examination questions and the mechanisms for handling violations, in addition to outlining the responsibilities of committee members to comply with ministerial instructions and standards that ensure integrity and transparency in the examination process.
