The Department of Biochemistry at the University of Al-Mustaqbal organized a workshop entitled "Transition to University Life: Challenges and Solutions", inaugurated by Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdul Hassan Nasser. The workshop aimed to support new students in addressing academic, social, and psychological challenges associated with transitioning to university life, and to provide practical solutions and strategies for adapting to the new academic environment. Topics included time management, coping with academic pressures, and utilizing academic counseling and psychological support services. Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdul Hassan emphasized the importance of such workshops in enhancing students’ adaptability and ensuring a successful university experience, noting that the university is committed to organizing training and awareness programs to support students throughout their educational journey.
