Introduction Psychological stress is a common phenomenon in modern human life, resulting from the accelerated pace of life and increasing social, educational, and economic demands. These stresses directly and indirectly affect both physical and mental health, making it essential to study and understand their impacts to maintain the health of individuals and society. Concept of Psychological Stress Psychological stress is a state of tension and emotional strain resulting from exposure to situations or demands that exceed an individual’s ability to cope or confront. These stresses may be temporary or chronic, positive (motivating achievement), or negative (leading to health and psychological disorders).
