Here emerges the role of Generative AI, which offers innovative solutions to accelerate medical documentation without sacrificing accuracy or quality. This technology can: • Generate accurate patient records and test reports automatically. • Summarize diagnostic and treatment data comprehensively and efficiently. • Suggest therapeutic recommendations based on the analysis of previous records and laboratory data. As a result, physicians gain more time to make critical clinical decisions, while maintaining high-quality documentation aligned with medical standards. Despite these advantages, a key challenge lies in ensuring the reliability of algorithms. AI-generated texts must be reviewed before adoption to prevent errors that could compromise patient safety. Connection to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): 1.
