A specialized workshop was held on the Academic Assignment System (Teaching Load Hours and Lectures), presented by programmer Mustafa Ahmed Safa Al-Din, with the attendance of a number of faculty members and college staff, in addition to the participation of the Information Technology (IT) Unit at the College of Administrative Sciences. The workshop provided a detailed explanation of the mechanism for operating the approved electronic system for managing and calculating teaching load hours, as well as the procedures for entering and documenting completed lectures to ensure data accuracy and smooth administrative processes. The workshop covered the following topics: • Mechanism for calculating and managing teaching load hours. • Entering and documenting completed lectures. • Addressing common issues faced by users. • Responding to technical and administrative inquiries related to the system. The workshop witnessed notable interaction from the attendees, with several questions and discussions that contributed to clarifying the technical and procedural aspects of the system, thereby enhancing its efficient use and supporting the organization of academic and administrative work within the college.
