Al-Mustaqbal University Launches the 5th Edition of Its Annual Book Fair and a Bazaar for Young Talents
Under the direct patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, Al-Mustaqbal University is preparing to launch the activities of the 5th Al-Mustaqbal Book Fair (MBF 5th), one of the most prominent academic and cultural events in the region, held under the slogan: “Our Book… Our Future.” The fair will commence on Saturday, April 4, 2026, and will continue for a full week, concluding on Sunday, April 12. The activities will be distributed across the heart of the university campus, where the Central Activities Hall will host the book exhibition booths, while accompanying events will take place in the Student Activities Tent. The fair aims to create a knowledge-driven environment that goes beyond traditional reading, where “pages come to life and ideas are reborn.” This edition will witness the participation of a large number of local and international publishing houses, offering diverse intellectual and scientific publications that serve students and researchers. As part of the fair’s activities, the “Al-Mustaqbal Handicrafts Bazaar” stands out as a key initiative supporting youth entrepreneurship. The bazaar will be held in the Student Activities Tent and aims to provide a distinctive platform for supporting university talents and encouraging youth potential by: • Offering participants the opportunity to showcase their handmade products and artistic creations to a wide audience of visitors and academics. • Integrating the concept of freelancing with academic creativity while enhancing students’ marketing skills. Through this annual event, Al-Mustaqbal University seeks to strengthen its position as a leading academic and cultural institution (ranked first among private universities), while providing a meaningful community service that enhances cultural awareness and supports the knowledge-based and professional economy for youth. Al-Mustaqbal University announces the upcoming launch of the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2026 activities in support of innovation and the promotion of the knowledge-based economy
Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the direct supervision of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University announced the launch of the Global Entrepreneurship Week activities, to be held from February 8 to February 12, 2026, under the slogan: “Entrepreneurship… Innovative Thinking That Shapes the Future of Nations.” This event is organized within Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship and to support students in transforming their creative ideas into sustainable entrepreneurial projects that contribute to community service and economic development. The week’s program includes specialized workshops, scientific seminars, interactive panel discussions, and practical activities, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics, experts, and entrepreneurs. This aims to enhance the exchange of expertise and link academic knowledge with the requirements of the labor market. Al-Mustaqbal University announces the hosting of the international forum “Eurasia Academy”, which will be held at the university campus on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., under the presidency of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi.
