The Department of Archaeology at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific workshop presented by Lecturer M.M. Haider Jabar Hasan, focusing on the importance of implementing the Student Discipline Law to enhance students’ academic journey and promote higher levels of academic commitment within the university. The workshop covered key topics, including the role of discipline in creating an organized learning environment, the impact of adhering to university regulations on improving academic achievement and student behavior, and reviewing mechanisms for handling student violations in a way that respects students’ rights while maintaining academic order. During the workshop, M.M. Haider Jabar Hasan emphasized that applying the law is not limited to punitive measures; it also includes encouraging positive behavior and motivating students to actively participate in the educational process, contributing to the development of their academic and personal skills. The workshop concluded with recommendations to strengthen the culture of discipline among students and proposals to improve university policies to ensure the continuation of the academic journey in a stimulating and safe academic environment. Al-Mustaqbal University is the top private university
