On the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan, and as part of its cultural and scientific activities, the College of Arts and Human Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized scientific symposium titled "The Impact of the Holy Quran on the Arabic Language." The symposium, which was attended by a distinguished group of professors and researchers, was delivered by Dr. Adnan Mousa Khattar, who highlighted the pivotal role of the Quranic text in preserving the Arabic language and refining its linguistic structure. The symposium provided a historical and cognitive review of how the Holy Quran contributed to enriching Arabic vocabulary, developing eloquence, and establishing the rules of grammar and morphology, which made Arabic a global language resilient to changes through the ages. During his presentation, Dr. Adnan Mousa Khattar explained that the Quranic miracle was not only spiritual and religious but also a linguistic miracle that brought about a qualitative leap in expressive and literary styles, emphasizing the need for contemporary generations to embrace the aesthetic beauty of the Arabic language derived from the eloquence of the Holy Book. This symposium embodies Al-Mustaqbal University's vision of linking religious occasions with cognitive and academic dimensions, contributing to the enhancement of students' cultural identity and deepening their understanding of the close connection between the Divine Message and the clear Arabic tongue.
