Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are also used in resume sorting and skills analysis, reducing time and effort and increasing selection accuracy. Training and Development Digital technologies have provided e-learning and remote training platforms, offering employees continuous and flexible learning opportunities. Analytical data also helps identify training needs more accurately. Performance Management Performance evaluation systems have become digital and interactive, relying on real-time performance indicators instead of traditional annual evaluations. This enhances transparency and helps provide continuous feedback. The focus has shifted to strategic human resource planning rather than being bogged down in routine paperwork. Challenges of Digital Transformation Despite its significant benefits, digital transformation faces several challenges, including: • Resistance to change from employees. • The need to develop new digital skills. • The rising costs of technology systems. • Information security and data protection risks.
