Lecturer M.Sc. Hanadi Tahseen Muslim from the Department of Biochemistry at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a training course entitled “Developing Leadership and Decision-Making Skills for Women”, aiming to enhance women’s capabilities and develop their leadership skills across various fields. The course covered several key topics, focusing on the concept of effective leadership, strategies for improving decision-making skills, and discussing the role of women in society as well as the importance of empowering them to contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment for growth and success. The participants actively engaged in the course through questions and discussions, which facilitated the exchange of ideas and experiences, helping to achieve the training objectives. This course comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen women’s roles and develop their leadership skills, contributing to community development and building a generation capable of making decisions with confidence and competence.
