The Department of Biochemistry held a scientific workshop entitled “Grade Processing in the Bologna System”, presented by Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdul Hassan Nasser, on Sunday, January 8, 2026, in the department, with the attendance of several faculty members and those interested in academic affairs. The workshop addressed the mechanism of calculating grade processing within the Bologna System adopted in universities, and explained how to deal with cases of failure, improvement, and grade treatment according to the approved regulations and instructions. It also clarified the principles adopted by the system in evaluating students and the mechanism of its application in a way that contributes to developing the educational process and enhancing academic performance. The workshop witnessed active interaction from the attendees through various questions and discussions that contributed to clarifying many aspects related to the implementation of the Bologna System in scientific departments. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first among Iraqi private universities.
