Asst. Prof. Estabraq Aref Mohammed from the Department of Biochemistry received a participation certificate in the New Staff Training and Development Course organized by Al-Mustaqbal University, with the participation of several faculty members and newly appointed staff at the university. The course aimed to develop participants’ skills, familiarize them with university regulations and procedures, and enhance their capabilities in academic and administrative work, contributing to improving overall performance within the educational institution. The training included a series of lectures and workshops covering various topics, such as university work mechanisms, professional ethics, student interaction, and an introduction to modern educational systems adopted by the university. The participation of Asst.
