This initiative was carried out in cooperation with Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation, in conjunction with the approaching Eid al-Fitr, with the aim of bringing smiles to the faces of orphaned children and allowing them to experience the joy of the festive occasion. The initiative included a field visit during which the faculty members of the Department of Business Administration accompanied a group of children to select their new Eid clothes themselves, in an atmosphere filled with care and warmth. This activity contributed to strengthening humanitarian bonds and providing psychological and moral support to this cherished group. Faculty members involved in the activity stated that this step comes within the university’s strategy to promote a culture of volunteerism among students and to transform the theoretical concepts of social responsibility into practical actions that serve the most vulnerable groups in Iraqi society.
