The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, chaired an expanded seminar involving university leadership, faculty, and administrative staff to review institutional performance and discuss mechanisms for enhancing academic operations. The President opened the session by congratulating the university community on the upcoming Eid Al-Fitr, praising the recent achievements and emphasizing the necessity of collective action and the automation of administrative and educational processes in alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education’s digital transformation directives.
The seminar featured a presentation by Professor Dr. Mudhafar Sadiq Al-Zuhairy on research indicators and performance evaluations for the 2025–2026 academic year. He also highlighted the activation of international memoranda of understanding, ongoing preparations for the upcoming "Sustainability Week" in April, and the university's anticipated participation in the EURIE 2026 summit in Istanbul to strengthen its global presence.
Furthermore, the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, reviewed the regulations governing examination committees to ensure accuracy and transparency. The seminar concluded by discussing registration mechanisms via electronic systems (IQ-Learning and SIS) and quality assurance requirements, reflecting the university's commitment to leveraging technology to improve higher education quality and coordinate efforts across all units.
