The Department of Design at the College of Fine Arts held an applied workshop lecture on Sunday, March 29, presented by Assistant Lecturer Hani Athab with the participation of Teaching Assistant Mousa Diaa, in the presence of students. The lecture focused on three-dimensional models, highlighting how they can be used as an artistic medium to express human emotions and transform abstract ideas into tangible forms with aesthetic and expressive dimensions. The instructors also demonstrated various artistic techniques and approaches that help students understand the relationship between form and emotion, and how feelings can be embodied through mass and space. This lecture comes as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ practical skills and foster their creative abilities, contributing to the preparation of a new generation of designers capable of advanced artistic expression and keeping pace with contemporary design developments.
