The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies organized a training workshop entitled “The Art of Time Management: Strategies to Make the Most of Your Day,” prepared by Ms. Duha Mohsen Mohammed on March 31, 2026. The workshop aimed to develop students’ skills in organizing and effectively utilizing their time, in a way that positively reflects on their academic and professional performance in the healthcare field. The workshop addressed several core aspects of time management, beginning with an introduction to the concept and importance of time, followed by daily planning skills and prioritization, and concluding with advanced strategies such as techniques to reduce procrastination, task organization, and achieving a balance between academic life and personal life. It also included practical applications and interactive exercises that helped students acquire real-life time management skills and understand how to distribute their efforts in a balanced manner to achieve optimal results, with a focus on enhancing productivity and reducing stress. The workshop concluded by emphasizing that mastering time management skills is a fundamental pillar of success in today’s rapidly evolving environment, given its significant role in improving students’ efficiency and preparing them for the demands of the labor market.
