The Department of Radiological Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Technologies organized an awareness workshop entitled “How to Cope with Academic Stress During Ministerial Examinations,” as part of its ongoing efforts to support students both psychologically and academically during exam periods.
The workshop aimed to highlight the main psychological challenges faced by students during examinations and to present scientific and practical methods to manage them, helping reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing focus and academic performance.
The workshop covered several key topics, including time management and creating effective study schedules, relaxation techniques, anxiety control strategies, as well as the importance of proper sleep and healthy nutrition in improving cognitive performance. Practical tips were also provided to help students manage exam-related stress in a positive way.
The workshop witnessed notable interaction from students, with many questions and discussions of real-life experiences and different coping strategies, contributing to a dynamic and beneficial learning environment.
