As part of its ongoing academic efforts to enhance students’ artistic competencies, the Department of Design at Al-Mustaqbal University’s College of Fine Arts delivered a specialized lecture titled “Color Applications” for second-year students, presented by Assistant Lecturer Hani Athab. The lecture addressed several practical aspects related to color fundamentals and techniques, focusing on the concepts of rendering, input, and output as essential components in constructing integrated design work. It also highlighted methods of employing colors effectively to emphasize design ideas and achieve visual and aesthetic balance in artistic projects. The session witnessed notable student engagement, as theoretical concepts were reinforced through practical application, contributing to a deeper understanding and the development of creative thinking skills. This lecture is part of a series of educational activities organized by the Department of Design, aimed at preparing students with the artistic and cognitive competencies required to meet the evolving demands of the design field.
