Al-Mustaqbal University launched, on Sunday (April 12, 2026), the activities of the Fourth Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week, with broad participation from various colleges and academic departments, held on campus as part of its ongoing efforts to promote sustainability concepts and raise environmental awareness within the academic community. The event witnessed a distinguished participation from the Department of Medical Rehabilitation Technologies and Physiotherapy, which presented a series of educational and scientific activities focusing on the importance of integrating sustainability principles into the healthcare sector. This included adopting environmentally friendly treatment methods and promoting the efficient use of resources within healthcare institutions. The department’s contribution also included organizing introductory presentations and specialized workshops that highlighted the role of physiotherapy in improving quality of life through sustainable approaches, in addition to emphasizing the importance of prevention and medical rehabilitation in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.
