Active Participation and Innovative Initiatives: Distinguished Contribution of the Medical Rehabilitation Department in Sustainability Week

As part of the Sustainability Week activities, the Department of Medical Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy participated by organizing a distinguished scientific–student booth aimed at promoting awareness of sustainability concepts and linking them to the health and rehabilitation fields. The activity included the presentation of a range of educational models and scientific applications that reflect the role of the specialization in supporting community health through sustainable approaches. In addition, students actively contributed by presenting ideas and initiatives that enhance health and environmental awareness. The booth was attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Zahraa, and the Head of the Department, Dr. Zaid, who reviewed the displayed work and engaged with the students. This reflects the continuous support for scientific and student activities, as well as the encouragement of creativity and innovation. This activity comes within the department’s commitment to integrating sustainability concepts into the educational process and developing students’ skills in teamwork and community initiatives.
