The second day of the Fourth Annual Sustainability Festival, held on 13/4/2026, witnessed a significant influx of guests and visitors to the Optometry Department booth, which presented a range of scientific and service-oriented activities aimed at enhancing visual health awareness. The booth included informative demonstrations of the latest technologies and devices used in vision examination and diagnosis, in addition to providing educational guidance on the importance of regular eye check-ups and the prevention of visual problems. Visitors expressed their admiration for the department’s activities, which combine both academic and practical aspects, reflecting the role of the academic staff and students in supporting sustainability goals and enhancing community service within university events.
