In a unique initiative under the slogan of sustainability and energy conservation, The first stage students of Medical Techniques Engineering Department carried out a distinctive awareness activity on Tuesday, 3/5/2024, at 10:22 am.<br /><br />The participating students - Zeina Hadi Abbas, Saja Halon Nouri, and Benin Duraid Ibrahim, in addition to Hussein Wissam, who photographed the event, presented an interactive presentation highlighting the importance of rationalizing energy consumption and its impact on environmental health.<br /><br />Under the teaching staff supervision from<br /> Ali Ibrahim Hussein Mazin Mohammed and Baraa Nizar Salim ,<br />The students reviewed a set of practical and scientific procedures that every individual can follow to contribute to energy conservation, by using electrical appliances efficiently and reducing dependence on non-renewable energy sources.<br />This activity comes as the first step in a series of activities aimed at reaching a university community that is more aware and responsible towards the environment.
