Wearable devices such as smartwatches and fitness trackers have become effective tools for managing mental health disorders by monitoring vital signs and analyzing users' behavioral data. These devices track heart rate, sleep quality, and physical activity levels, helping identify patterns linked to an individual's mental state.<br />Some smart devices use AI to analyze data and provide personalized recommendations for improving mental health. For instance, they can alert users to early signs of stress or anxiety and suggest relaxation exercises or physical activities to improve mood.<br />Additionally, health applications integrated with wearable devices monitor conditions such as depression and anxiety disorders, providing periodic reports that can be shared with healthcare providers for data-driven treatment decisions. With ongoing advancements in this field, wearable technology is expected to play an increasing role in enhancing mental well-being and improving patients' quality of life.<br /><br />Al-Mustaqbal University is the first University in Iraq.
