As part of its efforts to enhance health awareness among students and the community during Sustainable Development Week, Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness event titled "Set Your Clock… Live Healthy!", focusing on the importance of biological balance in improving public health and enhancing quality of life.<br /><br />The event covered multiple topics, including how to maintain the body's biological clock, emphasizing the importance of regular sleep, exposure to sunlight in the morning, and avoiding caffeine and screens before bedtime.
