As part of its ongoing efforts to promote the principles of sustainable development among its students, the Department of Optical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a series of student scientific seminars covering various topics related to health, education, and the environment. These activities were held in alignment with Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The seminars aimed to enhance students’ research and presentation skills, while raising their awareness of the importance of sustainability in health and optical sciences. They also served as a preparation step for participation in the Future Sustainability Camp, through which the university seeks to highlight outstanding student ideas and projects that contribute to sustainable development. Faculty members praised the students’ performance and preparation, emphasizing that such activities play a vital role in preparing a knowledgeable generation capable of contributing effectively to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals at both academic and community levels.
