Under the patronage of the President of Future University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and the guidance and supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and in fulfillment of the sixteenth Sustainable Development Goal (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) and the seventeenth goal (Partnerships for the Goals), the Department of Biochemistry at the College of Science, Future University, organized an awareness workshop entitled "The Role of Community Police in Solving Social Problems." The workshop, held as part of the university's targeted awareness activities aimed at promoting security and community awareness and in cooperation with the Community Police Division in Babil, was presented by Major Mustafa Al-Mayahi. It was attended by the Administrative Assistant to the Dean, Dr. Mohammed Latif Hussein, the Head of the Department of Biochemistry, and a number of faculty members and students. The lecture addressed the vital role of community police in enhancing public security and peace through effective communication with citizens and resolving social problems using humane methods based on dialogue and understanding.
