In alignment with the third Sustainable Development Goal (Good Health and Well-being) and as part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to promote a culture of sustainability and active student engagement, the Department of Optics Technologies has begun final preparations for its participation in the Future Sustainability Camp, which aims to showcase student initiatives and practical projects supporting the Sustainable Development Goals. Preparations included organizing the department’s exhibition booth content and preparing visual presentations and educational materials highlighting students’ achievements and innovative scientific activities in the field of optics technologies. The faculty and students also coordinated experimental demonstrations and practical models reflecting the department’s engagement with various sustainability issues. The department emphasized that this participation represents an opportunity to highlight the role of students and faculty in contributing effectively to sustainable projects, and reflects the university’s commitment to providing a practical learning environment that enables students to develop their innovative and applied skills.
